Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice of cancellation is required or a 50% charge will be incurred.
No Cash Refunds Policy
All services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your treatment you must contact the salon within 48hours of the service (unless it is shellac where the limit is 1 week). We will do our best to rectify any issues and redo the treatment free of charge where applicable.
